BOOK ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL
The conference is being held at the end of the Edinburgh International Festival so space is limited.
We strongly recommend making your accommodation and travel arrangements as soon as possible online pharmacy viagra.
We have negotiated special rates at a range of hotels in Edinburgh viagra online.
We have rooms in the Jury’s Inn for £89 per room per night bed and breakfast, but space is limited and the allocation of rooms will be removed a month before the conference.
We also have an allocation at the Apex Waterloo Place for £120 per night single occupancy and £130 per room per night double occupancy bed and breakfast.
If you want to book either of these hotels please EMAIL the conference organizers for the booking codes.
You will not be able to book at the reduced conference rate without the codes cialis.
We have arranged limited accommodation on the Heriot-Watt campus.
This is mainly for PhD students and is very limited.
This is at a rate of £36 per room per night bed and breakfast.
If you wish to book this accommodation you must state this on the conference booking form.
This is very limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
This accommodation can be requested on the registration form.
Other hotels that are convenient for transport to the Heriot-Watt campus are:

For city centre Budget Accommodation you could try the Edinburgh Hostel.
However, we have no arrangements with these venues.
We cannot emphasise too strongly how important it is to book your accommodation early!
Edinburgh is a fantastic place to be during the festival but the city more than doubles in population.
Hotels become expensive and scarce!
CONFERENCE DETAILS
Whilst the workshop will be held on the Heriot-Watt campus, in the Esme Fairburn Research Centre, the dinner will take place at the Scotch Malt Whisky Experience on Queens Street in the city centre.
We are also organizing a whisky tour before dinner.
Both the dinner and tour are including in the conference fee.
The hotels are all near the 25 bus route which takes you directly to the Heriot-Watt campus.
For those staying in the city we will organize bus passes for the two days of the workshop.
